Do you offer early check in?
We offer an early check in from 9.00am at £100.00, if your room is not available then a courtesy room will be provided, however the early check in is subject to availability.

Do you have any connecting rooms if we stay with teenage children?
We have three sets of connecting rooms available. Two of our sets of connecting rooms consist of one Deluxe King room and one Deluxe Queen room. Our other set of connecting rooms consists of our Victoria and Albert Suite and a Deluxe Queen room.
Do you have a hairdressers
Thank you very much for your question. Unfortunately we do not have a hairdresser based at the property, however we have a partnership with Paul Edmonds which is a 2 minutes walk from the hotel.

Dogs are welcome to stay in any room category.

Dear Guest, While we do not have a gym or swimming pool on site we do have a partnership with nearby Aquilla Health and Fitness which is made available to our guests. We are situated in close proximity to Hyde Park which is perfect for jogging.
Is there parking available

Thank you for your question. Our hotel has 28 bedrooms in total, which expand across 4 floors, all of which are accessible via stairs or a lift.

Dear Guest, All our rooms, including the classic double, are equipped with a bath and an overhead shower. The only room that offers a walk in standalone shower is our Victoria and Albert suite.
What time is breakfast served weekdays and what is the breakfast included in the room rate please
Good afternoon and thank you for your message. Breakfast is served from 07:00am to 11:00am during weekdays and from 07:00am to 12:00pm (noon) during the weekend. An inclusive breakfast depends on the rate type that you are booked on. Thank you.
Do any of your room have twin beds?
Thank you for your question. We are pleased to confirm that we are only able to twin the beds in either our Deluxe King category or our Studio Suite category. Unfortunately, we are not able to twin the beds in Classic Double and Deluxe Queen rooms.
